Ray Williams is currently Co-Founder of Success IQ University, a private company based in Phoenix Arizona, providing leadership training, personal growth and coaching services in the United States.  Ray is also Owner, President and CEO of Ray Williams Associates, a company providing executive and professional coaching services to clients in Canada.

Ray is a professional speaker in demand throughout North America, and a prolific author, having written a book on leadership, a novel and screenplay, and he is a regular columnist for the National Post, Fast Company and Psychology Today, as well as a guest author for many other publications in North America, Europe and Australia. Ray also gives numerous seminars and workshops on the topics of leadership, workplace culture, relationships, coaching and transformational change.

Ray Williams is committed to assisting his individual and corporate clients make transformational changes in life and work. He doesn’t believe change needs to be necessarily painful, fearful or take a long time, as long as the clients are committed and they engage in the right kind of thinking and behavior change strategies.

My Story

Ray Williams was born in a Prisoner of War Camp as a prisoner of the Japanese in World War II in Hong Kong. His entire family spent almost 5 years in Standley Camp, enduring a harsh and painful existence. This experience of extreme adversity had a great influence on Ray and his understanding of what it takes to persevere, survive, be successful and be happy. < more about Ray’s story >
