Ray Williams brings over 35 years of experience in leadership , leadership training and education experience as an Educator, CEO, HR Executive, Leadership Trainer, Executive Coach and Author.

Ray has previous experience as a Superintendent of Schools, Chief Operating Officer, and HR Vice President of a career management firm before founding his own consulting and executive coaching business. He has provided consulting and coaching services globally and professional speaking services. Ray has served as a director for several non-profit boards and Vice-Chair of the Vancouver Board of Trade.

Ray’s education is broad and deep encompassing graduate degrees in History, English, Leadership and Organizational Psychology. He is a Certified Master Coach and Certified Hypnotherapist.

Ray Williams’ personal journey is a testament to the resilience and determination he brings to his professional roles. Born in a Prisoner of War Camp as a prisoner of the Japanese in World War II in Hong Kong, his family spent almost four years interred there. This experience of extreme adversity has significantly shaped Ray’s understanding of perseverance, success, and happiness, adding a unique perspective to his professional expertise.

For the past ten years, Ray has devoted himself to writing books and professional articles on leadership, organizational culture, and personal growth. He has published seven books and more than 300 articles.
